Radiators to Underfloor Heating
Underfloor heating (UFH) can be laid in several ways. To convert an existing radiator system to underfloor heating, this can be achieved by laying 20mm overlay boards directly onto the existing floorboards as per the photograph shown below. Flooring can then be laid directly on top, carpets can also be laid after a duo board totalling 6mm is put down directly. Perfect for renovations avoiding the very expensive concrete system. Each room has its own control producing an even and comfortable heat without walls being taken up with radiators.
